When: Fri., Oct. 24, 7-10 p.m. 2014

With all proceeds going towards the YMCA Strong Kids program, the event offers glow in the dark boot camp led by Evolve Fitness owner and instructor, Mathew Benvie and his brother and fellow fitness instructor, Mitchell Benvie along with yoga by one of Halifax’s top yoga instructors, Leslie Bishop. The event is open to all fitness levels.
