A tour company for 15 years, Eastwinds promotes what its website calls "cyclotourism" as consultants and custom tour organizers, getting people outside on bicycles for multi-day tours here in Atlantic Canada and as far away as Mexico. You can customize a tour with Eastwinds, depending on your interest, and they recommend their Cape Breton excursions. The one closest to the HRM is probably the one-day wine tour, visiting vineyards in the Annapolis Valley by bicycle.
