Dartmouth Farmers' Market

Between 15 and 20 vendors appear in winter and up to 50 in the spring, bearing baskets full of fresh, local vegetables and naturally produced meat products. The market has seen the farmers age, but new producers are always coming. The market has a huge base in the Mennonite community and, of course, all their farming practices are community-based and pesticide free. Check them out from 8am-1pm, Saturdays down on the Dartmouth waterfront.
