Hit up the Taste of Nova Scotia Pavilion for a local seafood bonanza in form of shell and scale. Featuring demonstrations by (and photo ops with!) Food Network peeps Chuck Hughes and Anna Olson plus The Feisty Chef Renée Lavallee, Kilted Chef Alain Bosse and sommelier Mark DeWolf.
