Mayworks Halifax presents a two-day mini film fest stuffed with flicks about workers and workers' rights. Nov 6's screenings, held at Marriott Harbourfront Hotel, (1919 Upper Water Street) feature shorts about a butcher out of work, a mom who can't get a babysitter while she takes night shift and more. Nov 7's screenings, held at the Bus Stop Theatre, shares a five-part animated series on the history of Canada's working class.
