Mufit Halef, owner of Mic Mac Tailors, is ecstatic when he hears the news. Even though this is his shop’s sixth gold win, Halef says it’s something you never get tired of hearing. Plaques from past triumphs hang proudly in Mic Mac Tailors and Halef says people often comment on the shop’s achievements. “It’s a good feeling when they recognize that. It’s a good feeling when they point to the plaque and say, ‘I agree with you being number one.’”
