At 15 years old—and with a new location in the Hydrostone—Spirit Spa is just getting started. Owner Linda Brigley knows exactly who to credit for the spa’s consistent BOH success. “It will always come down to the people and the team that we have,” says Brigley. “They are pros. They really love what they do, they care about the craft, they train and continually develop so we stay on-trend, but also keep our technique up.” The industry, Brigley explains, is always changing.
