Give it up for the south end’s premiere barbecue spot as it celebrates its ninth straight win for Best Ribs in Halifax. Even though a call from The Coast this time of year is almost expected, Boneheads proprietor Cindy Wheatley is still excited to hear the news. The nothing fancy joint has been serving up smoked meats and southern staples for almost a decade now, but shows no sign of resting on its laurels. “We’re always trying to improve things, that’s for sure,” says Wheatley. “Something can be good, but it can always be better.”
