James Dwyer got into the real estate business six years ago, at a time when he says the industry was at a crossroads. “Who better to shape and define a community in a positive way than a real estate agent?” he asked himself. Today his approach is pretty simple: “Real estate agents have access to information and people and connections,” he says. “We’re helping shape and re-define communities.” Dwyer hopes to use his role to make positive changes. “We’re just trying to focus on building a better world for all of us to live in,” he says.
