“It’s great to be back on top,” says Rosemary “Rosie” Porter, of her return to the gold spot—which silver winner Marco DiQuinzio owned last year. The recipe to success is pretty simple for Porter, a long time agent with Royal LePage—she’s a people person, who doesn’t really rely on social media to get the word out and makes lasting relationships with her clients. “I genuinely enjoy the people I work with. I think that if you do stay in touch they’ll continue to think of you,” she says. “I encourage my clients to call with me they have real estate questions…even if its not a sale. I’m happy to be their go-to person.”
