Not only is pop culture supersaturated with comic book costumes and internet minutiae, but intense discussions of those subjects fill the rest of the media landscape. Best podcast Geeks vs. Nerds was an early adopter, entertaining Halifax (and worlds beyond) with debates like Katniss Everdeen versus Kermit the Frog (“Who has the more complicated dysfunctional relationship?”).
