There’s stiff competition for Best Pizza Slice in this town. Pizza is taken very seriously. Tim Chaisson is an employee at Alexandra’s and he says the three kinds of slices there are all good. “It’s the sauce,” he says, “made right here, and the dough.” Dimitri Neonakis’s dough recipe is a closely guarded secret, and justly famous.
