Ray Bear has worked in upscale kitchens in Canada and the US, in foodie destinations such as New Orleans, Miami and Chicago. Coming back to Halifax, he made his mark at Gio at the Prince George, and now has a thriving fine dining eatery in his own name on Barrington. Ask anyone who's tried it out and they'll tell you: Bear never ceases to wow the taste buds.
