“I’m so glad we’ve repeated our win, it means we’re staying relevant to families in Nova Scotia,” Jennifer Punch, director of marketing and sales, says about this second consecutive win. The past year has been a busy one for the Discovery Centre, with the science and learning spot opening its new, gleaming doors on Lower Water Street and building a host of expansions and long-term exhibits. “People are surprised to learn we’re relevant for people aged two to 92,” Punch adds. “There’s never a time I go into our Dome Theatre and don’t learn something.”
