All natural products go into Halifax’s Best Microbrews, and they’re all lovingly prepared by brewmaster Lorne Romano. He’s been doing it for 10 years. Rogue’s Roost bestsellers are Red Ale, Raspberry Wheat and India Pale Ale. “I definitely love beer,” says Romano. “This is my retirement dream fun job.”
