Preyra gets the love this year, taking the crown from Darrell Dexter (2009) and Maureen MacDonald (2008). Interesting that the premier couldn’t hold onto Coast readers’ affections, though maybe being in charge isn’t when a politico as at his or her most beloved. But as part of the cabinet, Preyra continues to fight the good fight. One of the things we give him kudos for is his efforts to increase access to, and reduce the cost of, post-secondary education for students.
