It’s hard to find a good mechanic, which is probably why people keep going back—and voting for—Todd’s. “Every time it’s fantastic,” says Todd’s Chris Cobbs about the shop’s multiple Best Of gold wins. “It’s just proof the people love us.” Cobbs says his shop really tries to take care of the customers that come in, treating car owners the way they’d want to be treated when facing confusing, expensive repair possibilities. “We just try to make that process as easy as possible to deal with....We really don’t want to corner anyone. We leave that decision up to them.”
