We’re not sure how locals make decisions about the best facility built primarily for out-of-towners, but we have some guesses. Maybe it’s the Westin’s practice of cutting rates during blizzards and tropical storms so downtown partiers don’t have to travel in the mess. Maybe it’s the dedication to local food at the fabulous Elements restaurant. Or maybe it’s the way hotel staff kindly treats the sometimes boisterous clientelle of Yuk-Yuk’s in the lobby. Whatever the reason, it’s clear the hotel has won the hearts of our readers.
