Bud the Spud, Spring Garden

The smell of Bud the Spud’s home-cooked fries are hard to pass by and they’re truly addictive. Bud and his wife Nancy have been making fries out of their truck on Spring Garden Road for 26 years. “We use the best of every product—jumbo PEI potatoes, 100 percent vegetable oil and real Heinz ketchup,” says Nancy. “And Bud really loves French fries—if you don’t love your job and what you’re doing, it’ll show in your product.”
