The story behind these generously sized fishcakes is a winner in itself. They come courtesy of the late-wife of Mic Mac owner Terry Legoffic, Marilyn, and the restaurant’s kitchen staff busts ass to make sure they do them justice day in and day out. “They’re delicious. It’s simple, it’s the same recipe forever,” says GM Joël Chiasson. “Jamie in the kitchen has been with us over 20 years and he’s basically the only one making them. And he could make them with his eyes closed.”
