It seems that Craig Flinn of Chives and Dennis Johnston at Fid Resto just trade off every year, with Best Chef and Best Fine Dining, though Fid has gone a little more casual these days. Maybe that means star chef and author Flinn will own this one for awhile, his much- admired dishes of locally sourced food earning props on the Best of Food poll annually. That’s the challenge to you, chef Flinn, can you continue reach the hearts of Coast readers through their stomachs? We think you can.
