Ria Mae is a busy lady, kicking ass at ECMW, CMW and other festivals ending in W. Churning out heartfelt, heartbreakingly sad pop gems has earned her top billing in your hearts in both the Female Solo Artist and Pop Artist categories. “Geez, I feel so supported by this city, it blows my mind,” says Mae. “Thank you!” But there’s no rest for the wicked (songwriters). “Working on lots, yes,” says Mae. “Mainly an album with Classified. Should be out by the end of the year?” Let’s hope that question mark turns into an exclamation point in the coming months, shall we?
