DJ IV has been out on the road, kicking ass with his buddy, Classified. “We’ve done two cross-Canada tours, the whole summer festival scene and even got to visit Costa Rica in the past year,” says IV. “Halflife Records is steady movin’ on up!” He’s set up his own studio where he’s worked with artists like Quake, J-Bru and Ghettochild, helping them put out albums and mixtapes. And he’s been focusing on solo DJing sets at Uptown Fridays at Winston’s. To Coast readers he’d like to give a special shout-out, also to Music Nova Scotia “for everything they do for Scotian artists” and to the fans: “The continued hometown support means more than you can ever imagine.
