Though it was close this year, the Great Wall is again the best place for Dim Sum, and it’s not surprising. “It’s just insane in here on Sundays,” says staffer Simon Thibault. “There’s often a 25 or 30 minute wait, but most people say it’s worth it.” The staff prepares all week for the feast. “Even Chinese people come,” says Thibault, “which says a lot. They want certain menu items and they know they’ll be able to get them.”
