No surprise. Translate this to mean cheesecake. La Cave is famous for it, with anywhere up to 16 kinds in the display case. Owner Jason Murphy says he likes the stranger flavours but most people go for the traditional and lately Valley Mud has been a big fave: dark chocolate cheesecake with bits of Belgian chocolate mixed in. Pastry chef Andrew Beck has been whipping up cheesecake for six years. He does other yum stuff too, like Turtles-style candies and tortes, but everyone wants cheesecake.
