“The wasabi Caesar does surprisingly well in these awards considering the city has so many great bartenders,” says co-owner George Christakos. “The reason ours is so tasty is because we treat the drink like we treat an item coming out of the kitchen.” The signature drink is made with Clamato, wasabi, peppercorn and lime juice, and a garnish of house-pickled snap peas and cilantro. “We’re sticklers for presentation too, so they look badass coming out,” continues Christakos. “Plus it compliments the food here nicely, and that heightens the customer’s experience with the drink.”
