It’s a hat trick for Shane Beehan, thrice voted the city’s best drink slinger—and he couldn’t be more honoured. “For me to do anything, I have to be inspired,” he says. “There are a lot of people in the city who are hardworking bartenders—all of the bartenders in the city inspire me and I hope they can inspire them too.” He says right now his clientele at Lot Six—by no coincidence voted Best Cocktails—is looking for interesting flavours and tart, refreshing drinks. “Our cocktails are what creates our identity,” says Beehan. “The bartenders put in a lot of effort and our servers love selling them. It’s about the whole team.”
