For those who don’t know, Didier Julien is a master baker, patissier and choclatier who apprenticed in France before moving to Nova Scotia 26 years ago. His delightful baked goods are prepared fresh early every morning in Chester and transported to the Hydrostone location first thing, while also available at Pete’s Frootique in Bedford and on Dresden Row, as well as Saturday mornings at the Farmers’ Market. We recommend the chocolate croissants, but don’t let our preferences limit you.
