Mayor Kelly was recently spotted selling poppies in Scotia Square, greeting every person who passed him. And he’s that kind of guy: The People’s Mayor. There may not be a commuter train yet—and then there are the phallic poster kiosks—but for the most part, Kelly has done an admirable job at winning over this SuperCity.
