It was Atlantis, Chopin and the Crown Diner, and now it’s been reported that Ray Bear, former chef at Gio and at his own Barrington Street resto---the eponymously named Bear Restaurant at civic address 1241---will be opening a more casual eatery (than we’re used to from him) in June on Salter Street, where those three former places once served.
