All Rights Reserved has a way with words

Halifax's only independent literary journal launches a new issue.

Wise Words

All Rights Reserved Fall Launch Party

Once a year All Rights Reserved publishes their journal and as usual, it's chock-full of untapped local literature. Managing editor Ryan Jones says while each issue follows a theme, they try not to limit writers, "Our goal is to be a venue for writers, to get them out there so people can see what everyone's doing." This issue's open theme left writers boundary-less and inspired an open mic style launch. Past and current contributors will take the stage and treat your ears to poetry, fiction and non-fiction and then the mic will be opened up for sharing galore. So, if you've got a way with words, bring 'em!
