Dr. Jan Zwicky will deliver a lecture entitled "What Meaning is and Why it Matters," touching on the human tendency to understand meaning through analysis rather than experience. Dr. Zwicky is a celebrated interdisciplinary scholar, award winning poet and Professor Emerita in the philosophy department at the University of Victoria.
