AFCOOP announces new director 

Greg Morris-Poultney takes over for long-time director Walter Forsyth.

Atlantic Filmmakers Cooperative just announced that Greg Morris-Poultney is taking over as executive director of the centre. According to a press release from AFCOOP, "Morris-Poultney spent a number of years as a producer and development executive in the local film and television industry developing new projects for national television broadcasters including CBC Television, History Television, Vision Television and Global Television."

Meanwhile, expect to be hearing plenty about former director Walter Forsyth. He has two short films (Old Saint Nick, How to be Alone) screening at this year's Toronto International Film Festival.
