Adil Charkaoui speaks

Adil Charkaoui, a Montreal teacher and father of three children, was arrested in 2003 under a "security certificate". He has spent two years in prison and four years under draconian conditions. Charkaoui has never been charged with any crime nor had any trial. Co-organized by NSPIRG and HPC.
