The rot does go too deep. I have no faith at all in Dubes decision - indeed he is part of the problem and is perpetuating it. Staff is a toxic nest of white men and their toxic beliefs. Get them out. Get lots of women ( and men, preferably young ) and people who identify as a member of the LGBTQ community, of colour, different faiths, etc.
