Free post secondary education in Ontario and New Brunswick for low income families. Our family is out of here and probably won't come back due to lack of employment. Nova Scotia is a beautiful place but Cape Breton is out of touch with changing times not to mention the high cost of living. Can't eat the view so bye bye.
