    No, you really don't have to go, just appy for citizenship in a foreign country and then once you are accepted, you can take advantage of all the immigration policies of Nova Scotia, I remember working with a newfie who also managed an apartment in the new highfield park, owned by people from an arabic nation who were given an interest free loan with no payments for 5 years, no taxes et al for 5 years..... after 3 years, they had made so much off rents and saved so much thanks to our gov. that they had built 2 more apartment buildings in highfield and one over by the price club(now costco). has been the same since the 50's when they gave free land and gov money to the dutch to come over and farm. Get our residents working first, cut welfare so people are better off working and stop catering to the big companies.
