Bousquet is a hack and made his bones in Halifax dogging Kelly and reported every time the man farted !! His "award" is written on toilet paper...not that Cleary is any brighter than a block of wood...I see this as one of those dumb and dumber stories. He consistently thinks we should care what he thinks of councilors here even though he has NO roots here coming from somewhere in California where he FAILED !!
The regulations very clearly state: (c) the Executive Director is satisfied that operating the licensed premises will not interfere with or cause inconvenience to schools, churches, hospitals, nursing homes or similar institutions.
