If anyone out there is suffering and in need of a license from Health Canada in order to use their medicine legally, I wanted to let them know there is a doctor in the city who is working as a specialist in this regard and is very compassionate with signing licenses. This doctor does charge a clinic fee of $250 where MSI is not being billed but this is much less then clinics out west and obviously a last option when your family doctor is unwilling to sign.
