This would have been great a few years ago when I had a landlord kick me out for two weeks, rip apart the walls to replace the electrical (Had to be done which I was cool with, but they I was told 1 week, it turned into 2 without notice, they left the mess there for me to clean up), then leave me without water for 10 days, without heat for a month, changed the hot water tank from oil to electric and put it on our bill when hot water was supposed to be included, and left barely patched holes throughout the place until I left a year later when they decided to raise the rent by 100$ a month and take hot water out of the lease.
