I very sincere congratulations on not only finishing but surviving the bike tour. As someone who has had mental health issues and knowing many others who do as well any and all support is always welcomed. The more we acknowledge mental health as a illness the more we can find treatments that go beyond prescription drugs and just medicating the illness.
