What a stupid article, and most of the comments here are equally stupid. It reeks terribly of cultural relativism. The only cultures worth preserving are the non-white ones! Anything "white" is boring and soulless! Maritime culture is trashy and cliched junk for tourists. It's not REAL culture, that belongs to non-whites only!

The method of slaughtering animals so they are halal to eat is unbelievably cruel and inhumane. Non-muslims shouldn't bend over backwards to accommodate the cruelty.

Yeah, let's all come up with the most horrible, brutal things in our heads and then share them with other people coming up with other horrible, brutal things. It'll be absolutely harmless because no one would ever really do any of those things. We aren't bad people, we just want a lot of horrible, brutal things to happen to bad people.
I'm not being sarcastic. Go back to the beginning of this thread and start reading the responses. Everyone sounds like rabid animals ready to tear this fellow apart with their bare hands. You may have not commited horrible crimes like this guy has, but you're more than willing to do something even more violent if you were given a chance. How will killing him, or killing him with vicious brutality, bring back the teacher he killed? How will any of the tortures you people have suggested make the situation better? Put the kid in jail for a very long time and make him do a very boring, repetitive task that produces something useful for law-abiding people. But if you commited any of the horrific suggestions listed above you are nothing but a filthy barbarian as well.
