oh my god, this story is breaking my heart..... why are people such fucks that they can't take care of an animal even enough to find it a better home?
I'm happy to see people are watching for him, but how can we go about speeding up the process? If he's out a lot I wouldn't mind putting in the time to try and find him and maybe help the most I can.....
