I too found the reviewer to be unfairly biased. I admit that I'm a semi-regular customer, but asides from the occasional slow server, the food is very delicious and filling! The burger is hands down one of the best in the city, and when combined with one of their beers, it makes for a delightful and delicious meal. I strongly recommend it.
