Barry Smith has spent the last 20 years raising kids in Cole Harbour, and grew up in the area. With that, he says, came "PTAs, Parks and Recreation, youth leadership programs (Dartmouth Boys and Girls club)," various fundraisers, and the Provincial Bowling Team. He's a businessman, and mentions marketing and financing, but it's not clear what exactly he does from the material he sent.
