I love a Q&A as much as my collection of ties and shoes—136 and 42 respectively. My mother counted them in an effort to shame me, try again, lady. This being the Fashion Issue, I decided to have a Q&A with some Haligonians whose style I admire.

My cream tutu skirt from Envy! Any time I pop it on I know I'm in for a fabulous time. I wear it all year round by swapping out the shoes for booties, and a crop top for a turtleneck.
