Winter Knowledge

So a winter parking ban is in effect but after our first snow fall there was a screw up. Why because of the start date. Here is a helpful hint make the Winter parking ban to be in effect from Dec 1 to Apr 2 Maybe just maybe doing this and ticketing people might actually help towards the winter budget and actually be able to add salt to the roads and sidewalks keeping the tax payers from getting injured. I have been here since 2005 and about 90% of the time you will not find a grain of salt on the streets or sidewalks in my area. Also the waste of a plows going down a street 3 times. OMG do it right the first time To me it is a simple solution. Every, year the same crap when there is signs of a snow flake or 2. Never prepared and always an excuse of being over budget.
