And with that Stillwell, with just 12 taps, wins Best Beer Selection, beating out nine-time champ Maxwell’s Plum and its 60 different draughts. “The thing about having 12 taps is that they’re turning over constantly. We try to find the best beers we can get our hands on but are deadly serious about handling those beers, the temperature, the pouring, insanely clean glassware,” adds Reynolds. “It’s a very volatile, delicate product.”
