Panos Giannoulis is a musician’s musician. Technical and inventive, the music on last year’s self-titled album showed an ear for perfection, but a willingness to just let the studio magic happen, man. And tone. Lots of tone. PANOS fits in the experimental category by virtue of defying a lot of other genres, but inaccessible it’s not. Giannoulis continues to stir the wizard cauldron of cool music, with plans to tour, and produce a follow up to his debut. “I’m working on recording new music with Charles Austin that may turn out to be another album or a few EPs depending on how the tracks fit together.”
