Rails to trails etiquette

At every entrance and exit to the Rails to Trails there are signs laying out the rules regarding who has and hasn't the right of way, pretty straight forward stuff, also known as common sense. In addition, there are signs saying that dogs should be on a leash and please clean up after Fido takes a dump, they even provide bags and bins to place the bags full of shit. SOME dog owners obviously think these rules don't apply to them. When walking I can't count the amount of times some mutt has jumped up at me, as the owners says "he/she is only trying to be friendly". Or, when I'm on my bike, the dog, again off leash, gets in the way and nearly causes an accident. I'm sorry lady if you're offended when I shout "get your dog on a leash you stupid b****!" —Fido Hater
